KESS stands for ‘K Line European Sea Highway Services’. KESS run a shipping service calling to Dublin from Zeebrugge and back on a weekly basis. New and used cars from around the world are being shipped from Zeebrugge to Dublin, as well as machinery, trucks and buses. KESS began the service in January 2017 and the service is going from strength to strength; they are now transporting up to 900,000 units per year. They have contracts with all major car manufacturers and all cargo meets ISO 9001 / 14001 standards, as approved by Lloyds' Register. The full service network covered by KESS includes the North Sea, Baltic Sea and Atlantic Spanish coast, spanning from Spain to Russia. KESS have 11 modern vessels in service.
